GRANITE FALLS, NC (WBTV) The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is expected to investigate the Monday afternoon death of a man at Jordan Holman Lumber Company in Granite Falls. Police Chief Ritch Bolick says it “was a tragic accident involving a forklift.”Bolick says the man, later identified as 55 year old Steven George Dolgas, was run over by the forklift, which apparently was in reverse. Few details are being released, says the chief, because few details are known yet.What they do know is that the forklift was not carrying a load at the time of the accident.
